SELF-CONTROL
In any school, behavior prevention is the key ingredient when it comes to classroom management. The more preventative action that is implemented using proactive strategies, the less likely teachers will be to encounter problem behavior.
Classroom ECOLOGY AND Arrangement
The layout, design, seating arrangement, wall colors and even lighting can go a long way towards setting the tone and atmosphere of a classroom. During the training, you will learn how to best arrange your classroom to fit both your teaching style and your students’ learning styles.
STudent -Teacher relationships
Building positive teacher-student relationships is so important that it is arguably the most important factor contributing to the success of students, both behaviorally and academically.
REFOCUS
What if problematic behavior still occurs? The full-day training will guide you through a step by step process that you can use with your students, which is guaranteed to reduce low- level misbehavior and give you the much needed time to teach, eliminating the time wasted on misbehaving issues.
Teach EXPECTATIONS
This training component will show you how you can build your own lesson plans for rules and procedures. Teach -tos will set the stage for structure in your classroom, for divergent and creative discovery and learning.
