AUTHOR and TRAINER

I am a passionate author and teacher trainer who loves sharing her knowledge with others. I earned a 2002 Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Babes -Bolyai University in Romania and a 2012 Master’s of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction with ESL Specialization from American College of Education, Indianapolis, Indiana.

I taught English as a Foreign Language for 4 years in Europe (2003-2007), and have been an ESL professional in North Carolina since 2007.

Like many other educators, during my classroom teaching experience, I was spending too much time with discipline. Today I wish I had known and applied these effective strategies that I now present to participants at my Classroom Management training. After teaching in the classroom for almost 9 years in North Carolina and training teachers since January 2016, in the spring of 2019 I became a Nationally Certified Classroom Management Trainer. Providing professional development is something that I do with great passion. I love to see that the training I provide makes participants feel that they can better understand their students, and also come away with more confidence in their teaching and classroom management practices.
